Oversized items, based on size and/or weight of the product, may have a shipping surcharge cost in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. Shipping and handling costs and shipping surcharges are non-refundable.
Shipments containing oversized items (e.g. Accent Chairs, Area Rugs, etc.) may not contain a pre-paid return label.
